Pet question

Hello everybody,

I feed my pet everyday, so every 3 days he should earn 1 Chance correct? (Since he is a Water Bwak, and I am feeding him Seeds)One more thing.. He can only have a max number of points: 80.. like 40 Chance, 40% resist water -- or 80 chance, or 10 life / 70 chance?

Please somebody advice
