Merchandiser – Account Management

Job Description :
Merchandiser is the pillar of our company. You will be in charge for building, then maintain relationships and negotiating deals with home and living brands and retails in Indonesia. You will be challenged to give a high level of service, to solve problems/ dispute, and focusing on how we can help our merchants to perform.

Responsibility :
1. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customer
2. Ensure execution of marketing strategies, company objectives, and revenue target fulfillment.
3. Solving problems or dispute with merchants, focusing on how Dekoruma can help merchants to perform.
4. Work closely with other departments, such as creative and marketing to achieve organizational goals.
5. Maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements :
1. Min. bachelor degree from any field
2. 1-2 years working experience in any of these field is preferable: account management, customer relations, or service related occupation.
3. Maximum 28 years old
4. Relationship management and negotiation skills
5. Problem solving skills and service oriented
6. Computer proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
7. Having prior experience in ecommerce role is a plus
