Requirement :
1. Diploma (D3) Mekatronika, Manajemen Informatika, Elektronika, Informatika

Job Description :
1. Providing the first level technical support via phone, email, ticket
2. Create case tickets with proper escalation to relevant support channels
3. Maintain user account information including rights, security and system groups
4. Daily control, monitoring and documentation of server backup/restore management status and performance
5. Maintain all system documentation are valid and up to date

Requirements:
1. Age not older than 27 years
2. Minimum GPA 3,00 (scale of 4)
3. Team oriented, self motivated, strong interpersonal & communication skills, leadership
4. Willing work at manufacture base company
