Default Mari Masak ODEN

Oden adalah masakan Jepang berupa berbagai bahan yang direbus di dalam kuah (dashi) yang antara lain dibuat dari katsuobushi, kombu, dan kecap asin. Bahan-bahan yang dimasukkan bisa beraneka ragam, dan tidak terbatas pada lobak (daikon), konnyaku, telur rebus, dan chikuwa. ( diambil dari mbah wikipedia)

ODEN ini paling enak disantap waktu musim dingin, dan selalu disajikan panas panas. Untuk memproses ini cukup memakan waktu lama, 2 jam (karena harus dengan api kecil). Boleh tanpa tusuk lidi, atau dengan tusuk lidi.

  • Ingredients: (takarannya kira2 ya)
A. SOUP:
  • Setengah panci air (TIDAK BOLEH DITUTUP)
  • Dashi (bubuk ikan) secukupnya ( bila bentuknya bubuk = 2 � 3 bungkus yg kecil )
  • Potongan daging ayam (kecil-kecil)
B. Bahan rebusan SAYURAN:
  • Daikon, dikupas dan dipotong bundar-bundar, sudut lancipnya dihilangkan



  • Konnyaku, dipotong segitiga dan disayat sayat sedikit supaya meresap



  • Potato, dikupas
C. Bahan rebusan NERIMONO (fishcake), terserah macam dan jumlahnya:
  • Chikuwa secukupnya



  • Hanpen secukupnya



  • Ikaten secukupnya --> ( potongan cumi panjang yg luarnya fishcake )
  • Mochifukuro secukupnya (mochi yang dibungkus kembang tahu lalu dibungkus kaya kantong) yang berbentuk bola, atau fishcake lain-lain



  • tahu goreng atau baso juga boleh

D. TELUR REBUS

Directions :
  1. Didihkan air setengah panci (jangan ditutup), setelah mendidih kecilkan api dan masukkan Dashi. INGAT, API HARUS BENAR-BENAR KECIL, AIRNYA HARUS BENAR-BENAR TENANG (TIDAK BOLEH ADA GELEMBUNG-GELEMBUNG, AIRNYA MUSTI TENANG
  2. Masukkan potongan Daikon, Konnyaku, Kentang
  3. Masukkan Nerimono (fishcake bermacam-macam) dan kentang.
  4. Masukkan telur rebus
  5. Nerimono dimasukkan belakangan karena sebenarnya nerimono sudah matang (digoreng), dan untuk menghindari banyak minyak yg tercampur ke kuah. Oleh karena itu api harus benar-benar kecil supaya kuah meresap ke bahan-bahan dengan baik tanpa membumbungkan minyak atau menghancurkan bahan.
  6. Setelah bahan-bahan kelihatan mengembang (proses sekitar 2 jam), sudah bisa disuguhkan.
Oden ini sehari harus dipanaskan at least 2x (supaya tidak rusak) !

Jadi deh siap dimakan !! ^^ Nyam ~~ Dingin2 makan oden itu sangat ENAKK ~~~ ^^
