Default Resep Daging: Semur Betawi

- Semur daging khas Betawi ini lengkap bumbunya. Aromanya wangi dan rasa bumbunya gurih-gurih manis dan pekat. Disantap dengan nasi hangat, wouw... sedap!

Bahan:
500 g daging sapi has luar atau lulur
2 sdm minyak sayur
3 cm kayu manis
2 butir cengkih
2 lembar daun salam
150 ml

Kecap BLACK GOLD

500 ml air
3 buah kentang, kupas, potong 4, goreng setengah kering

Haluskan:

5 butir kemiri
6 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
� butir pala
� sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam

Cara membuat:

  • Potong daging melintang serat 1,5 cm. Sisihkan.
  • Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi dan matang.
  • Masukkan irisan daging, aduk hingga kaku dan berubah warna.
  • Tuangi air, tambahkan Kecap BLACK GOLD, kayu manis, cengkih dan daun salam.
  • Beri kecap dan air.
  • Masak dengan api kecil hingga bumbu meresap dan daging hampir lunak.
  • Masukkan kentang, masak kembali hingga kuah kental dan daging empuk.
  • Angkat dan sajikan hangat.
