Eminem�s Worst Nightmare

There only one thing I like less than heavy metal music and that�s�wait�sorry, I apologize there is nothing I hate more than heavy metal. I find it surprising that somehow there are even enough heavy metal fans to knock Eminem�s �Recovery� album off the top of the billboard charts after five weeks of dominating. Unfortunately, Avenged Sevenfold, a band from Huntington Beach, California, sold 163,000 copies of its new album, �Nightmare�, while Eminem�s �Recovery� came in at a close second with 159,000 copies sold according to Nielsen SoundScan. I mean just look at these guys, they all look like Edward Scissorhands but not even close to as cool.

Rick Ross�s album, �Teflon Don�, which has some stellar tracks on it fell to the number three spot. At number four is Justin Bieber�s, �My World 2.0″ who has some super flamboyant hair.

On a separate note, Nielson reported that total album sales for the year are at 174.9 million, down 12 percent from the same period last year. Pirating is sure taking it�s toll.
