In 2006, Interdesign has been awarded by PT. Petrojaya Boral Plasterboard as the best and biggest applicator in commercial building market. Our reputation has been recognized by International market with our participation in Dubai International Airport, one prestigious villa in Abu Dhabi and Ritz Carlton Dubai. Interdesign group has joint venture with TSI VENTURES Sdn Bhd Malaysia in 1997 to create synergy effect that will give strong position in ASEAN and Middle East Region.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Conducting correspondence of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Reminding to extend the personal documents
- Recording all incoming and outgoing mail
- Ticketing, arranging hotel and accommodation
- Arranging and coordinating the meeting schedule for all participants
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Handling other administration and tasks of Director.
Kriteria :
- Min.Diploma majoring Secretary background from reputable academy (Tarakanita is preferable)
- Max.age of 26 years old
- Min.3 years working experience with the same position
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Visual Basic)
- Highly motivated, pleasant personality, good appearance, good communication
- Team player, self starter, fast learner, highly initiative person
- Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
