Some of my first attempts at nature photography.

These are some of the images I have taken since getting my camera (Olympus E-520) on the 18th of December. I could use some CC. Some specific questions I have are, is there a practical way to get good manual settings on birds in flight?</p>
<p>One more thing I have posted a couple of these photos before and I want to know if you see any improvements from my first photographs and my newer ones.</p>
