As Recruitment Specialist you will be in charge for all Recruitment process in the company (Advertising � Screening � Hiring) In this challenging role you will support and contribute to find the best talent to joint our unique and exciting team. You need to give the excellent service to all internal clients.
Key Skills / Qualities:
- Psychologist from reputable University
- Having min. 5 years experiences in Recruitment, able to conduct assessment process will be advantage
- Possess good interviewing and negotiating techniques and skills
- Mature, pleasant, confident personality with good interpersonal skill
- Fluency in English language and computer literate
- Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
- Able to work individually as well as team
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
