Bahan-Bahan :

200 gram ikan tuna putih,potong dadu kecil
1 sendok teh garam
1 buah jeruk nipis
1 sendok makan margarin
2 siung bawang putih,haluskan
1 buah tomat,cincang halus

Cara Mengolah :


1. Lumuri tuna dengan garam dan jeruk nipis,diamkan 10 menit
2. Panaskan margarine lalu masukkan ikan, goreng hingga ikan berubah warna.
3. Siapkan pinggan tahan panas lalu masukkan ikan,bawang putih,tomat,daun bawang,dan bayam aduk rata lalu kukus hingga matang,angkat
4. Tunggu hingga agak dingin (asap sudah tidak mengepul) lalu masukkan DANCOW Nutrigold lalu aduk rata dan sajikan
