The company is engaged in open cut mining operation of high premium quality coal. Harsco Coal produces low ash content, high swelling number and high fluidity values of coal.

(EAST KALIMANTAN BASED)

Requirements:

� Male, Age 23 - 30 years old

� Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor Degree ( S1) on any background

� Minimum 2 years experiences in Human Resource or related in reputable mining company

� Proficient in English & MS. Office

� Excellent interpersonal,communication skills, high analytical skill, fast learner, discipline & honest

� Able to work independently and in a team with good time management, attention to details and under pressure

� Willing to be placed in Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan with 10:2 roster
