We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the positions in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries both in Indonesia and overseas: 1. Field Service Coordinator � Wireline Logging & Perforating Services Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities : Coordinates and supervises Wireline Logging & Perforating Field Operations via personnel and equipment assignment, job/project management skills, and technical support. Works independently to review resource planning (equipment and personnel) in order to deliver services in a cost effective and efficient manner. Execute special projects, as assigned. Monitors daily progress of jobs or projects, and provides technical guidance and work direction to field staff. Conducts regular Field Audits to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices. Provides technical solutions to customers whenever required. Mentors subordinates to ensure progression of staff and enhancement of skill sets. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent. 8+ years experience in Open Hole and Cased Hole Wireline Logging and Perforating operations, onshore and offshore, with a minimum of 2 years in an Operations Coordinator role, managing multiple worksites and multiple clients. Desired/Preferred Qualifications & Experience Thorough understanding of Wireline Logging and Perforating services. Thorough understanding of customer requirements. Thorough understanding of field processes/procedures to conduct safe and efficient operations. Proficient in the use of PC's. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Ability to use specialized skills, knowledge, and problem solving techniques to provide solutions. Customer Service and/or Sales Experience considered advantageous. 2.Field Engineer � Wireline Logging & Perforating Services Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Open Hole/Cased Hole Wireline Logging experience Ability to satisfy all regulatory requirements as specified by the Operations Manager Willing to work according to schedules assigned by the Operations Manager HSE and Quality awareness and strong commitment Supervise crew and equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging and completions services Advise Customer Representative in the logging, completions operations and decision-making processes Assist with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance Maintain records and communications as required by the Operations Manager Ability to work well and communicate well with others Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent. 3+ years experience in Open Hole and Cased Hole Wireline Logging and Perforating operations Desired/Preferred Qualifications & Experience Thorough understanding of Wireline Logging and Perforating services. CONTRACT ENGINEER Job Purpose : To guarantee the quality and efficiency of the procurement and supplying practices in terms of costs and delays To guarantee the content of tender and contract documents issued by Project Construction Division in term of EP�s C/A reference system and respect of local regulation To assist Senior Contract Engineer during contractual and commercial negotiation process. To assist Service Contract Coordinator and Certification Engineer during procurement process and Project Execution (Post Contract) including Contract Close Out in respect of Contractual Matter and Administration Activities : To establish or ensure the establishment and control the contracts in the Project Construction Division of the subsidiary To ensure the quality and efficiency of the procurement and supplying practices in terms of costs and minimize delays To ensure compliance with procedures in the tender process To participate to complex and difficult negotiations during assessment and award of new contracts To provide assistance during the Project Execution, in the settlement of contract amendments, claims, disputes, arbitration, lawsuit, in relation with Project Construction Management, and Juridical, Insurance, Finance and TDO/CA, by proposing strategies and actions and by participating to the negotiations To keep up to date with local markets, participate in the ongoing assessment and the evaluation of the suppliers, provide feedback to the relevant personnel To assist the technical entities with timely advice in any contractual issue such as contract, amendments, claim and disputes To ensure the application of the EP�s C/A reference system, monitored for its adequacy with the local context and participate to its development by providing feedback on potential improvement to standard contract To manage all contractual documentation in CONTIKI and / or MOSS the for the Project Construction Division To keep informed the Project Construction Division in respect of all changes of local regulation and EP�s C/A reference system 4. ESTIMATION ENGINEER Job Purpose : Assist Senior Estimation Engineer to prepare the estimation of all the project driven by PJC division during the past of pre-project and have it validated by ED/EST in the Head quarter before COMAD. Assist Senior Estimation Engineer to prepare the AFE for submission to BPMIGAS for all projects. Assist Senior Estimation Engineer to prepare OE/EE for all the CFT launched within the division (WO,PO, EPSC and all Service Contract) Assist Senior Estimation Engineer to do the forecast/estimation for the future project to prepare PDC/PLT. Assist and involve on preparation of estimation database (benchmark) referring to previous project and market price condition. LOP preparation for current projects. Activities : Prepare the estimation of all the projects driven by PJC division during the phase of pre-projects and have it validated by ED/EST in the Head quarter before the COMED Prepare the AFE for submission to BPMIGAS for all the projects Prepare the OE/EE for all the CFT launched within the division (WO, PO, EPSC and services contracts) Develop the service of estimation within the division and the necessary tools as everything has to be created Do the estimation of installation to be manufactured for insurance dossier preparation Do the forecast/estimation for future projects to prepare PDC and PLT Participate to WP&B preparation with cost control team PLEASE SEND YOUR CV TO : [email protected] Terkait:
