Use Archiving Method: Archiving is used to move data to mailbox items to a PST file. Follow the below manual steps.

First open MS Outlook.
Click on File -> Archive.
Now, choose the file or folder, which you want to archive.
Browse the location to store the archived file in PST.
Click Finish.
