Default Double Choco Brownie


Bahan:
125 g dark cooking chocolate, cincang
125 g mentega tawar
200 g gula pasir
2 butir telur ayam

Ayak jadi satu:
150 g tepung terigu
1 sdt baking powder
1/2 sdt garam

Taburan:
100 g dark cooking chocolate, cincang

Cara membuat:
Siapkan loyang segi empat 20 cm, semir mentega dan taburi tepung terigu.
Tim cokelat dan mentega hingga leleh. Angkat.
Selagi hangat, masukkan gula, aduk hingga larut.
Masukkan campuran tepung terigu, aduk rata.
Tuang ke dalam loyang, ratakan. Taburi cokelat cincang.
Panggang dalam oven panas 180C selama 45 menit.
Angkat, dinginkan. Potong-potong, sajikan.
