Available in a US shop? / Ship to hotel?

Since I can't get a DVP in my country, I asked a friend who currently visits the US to buy one for me.I chatted to a DELL customer agent and asked about my options.He said I cannot order online with DELL and have it shipped to a hotel address.Did anyone of you do so?Is there a shop where he can buy a DVP right away?DELL told me about Best Buy, but if I check their website, I can't find it...

Please help
