Default Kaserol Jamur

Bahan - bahan :

2 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis
100 gram bawang merah, dibuat acar halus
1 buah paprika hijau, potong kotak
200 gram daging, potong kotak
3 sendok makan tepung terigu
200 ml kaldu
4 buah tomat, parut
1 sendok makan pasta tomat
garam dan merica secukupnya
200 gram jamur kancing utuh
300 gram kentang kecil rebus, kupas
garam secukupnya
Cara memasak :

tumis bawang merah dan paprika sampai harum dan layu.
Tambahkan daging. Aduk hinggaberubah warna lalu masukkan tepung.
Aduk aduk sebentar lalu tuangkan kaldu, tomat, pasta tomat, garam dan merica. Aduk rata
Setelah mendidih tambahkan jamur dan kentang. Aduk sebentar lalu tuang ke dalam pinggan yang telah margarin. Oven hingga bumbum meresap
