Default Resep Masakan Cina - Nasi Hainam
Bahan Nasi:

  • 250 gram Beras
  • 500 ml Kaldu ayam
  • 3 siung Bawang putih dihaluskan
  • 1 cm Jahe dihaluskan
  • 1 sdm Arak cina
  • 1 sdt Minyak wijen
  • 1/2 sdm Kecap Asin
  • 4 sdm Minyak goreng



Bahan Kuah Ayam :

  • 75 gram Labu bligo/labu siam dipotong dadu
  • 500 ml Kaldu ayam
  • 1 ekor Ayam kampung beri cuka pada kepala, mulut dan kaki
  • 1 sdm hasil gorengan bawang putih dan jahe
  • Garam, kecap asin, minyak wijen, arak cina secukupnya



Bahan Untuk Sambal :

  • 5 buah cabe merah direbus
  • 10 buah cabe rawit direbus
  • 1/2 buah tomat direbus
  • 1 sdm hasil gorengan bawang/jahe
  • garam secukupnya



Cara membuat Nasi:

  • Goreng bawang putih, jahe yang sudah dihaluskan, hingga kuning dan kering bergumpal, angkat ampas bawang, sisihkan untuk kuah dan sambal.
  • Masukkan beras dalam minyak yang panas, aduk, tambahkan kecap asin hingga harum dan masukkan kaldu, kecilkan api sambil sesekali diaduk, masak hingga menjadi karonan.
  • Kemudian kukus karonan, hingga menjadi nasi.
