LOWONGAN KERJA FLASH DEVELOPER DI Off Base Productions Responsibilities include : 1. Work with creative directors, video and sound producers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers and product managers in developing applications. 2. Develop and build applications in Flash CS3 and Action Script 2.0 and 3.0. 3. Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes. 4. Perform regular on-call duties 5. Perform unit/system and integration testing on own work and the work of others 6. Participate in Design and Code Reviews 7. Follow and enhance existing development processes 8. Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability Consistently meet project deadlines. 10. Performs other related duties as assigned. Kriteria : The ideal candidate is someone with the following profile: 1. Three (3) to five (5) years of Flash development experience. 2. Extensive knowledge of Flash CS3, AS2 and AS3 is required. 3. Understanding of OOP and examples to prove it. 4. Up to date on Flash trends and best practices; Design patterns, Flex, FABridge, Apollo. 5. Experience on integration with web technologies such as XML, JSON, Javascript, Web Services, ASP, NET. 6.
