selain histori cerita tadi..
diliat dari segi bisnis untuk merebut pelanggan yang sudah adaterdapat di area tersebut.biasanya gerai alfa atau indomar*t itu di tempatkan di lokasi yang strategis,jadi siapa dulu yang membuka gerai entah alfa atau indomar*t pesaingnya tinggal mengikuti membuka berdekatan.
coba ndan liat kl showroom pasti dalam radius yang berdekatan akan terdapat beberapa showroom ....mirip biar beda bisnis
