SENIOR & JUNIOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL, INSTRUMENTATION, ELECTRICAL, TELECOM, HVAC AND MARINE)

· Candidates must have at least 2 – 10 years’ experience in Maintenance activities with the in Oil & Gas sector. They should have experience in developing Preventive Maintenance Job Plans, in populating Preventive Maintenance Job Plans into CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) together with an awareness of Generic Maintenance Strategies (or Maintenance Best Practices)
· Candidates must be fluent in both verbal and written Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities:

• Re-designs, repairs, or replaces in-process production program equipment, production control hardware, and tooling.
• Develops processes, methods, tooling, and production controls for new programs; supervises their assembly and proofing.
• Sets up new equipment, ensures its satisfactory operation, and instructs others to use the new equipment properly.
• Writes procedures for the operation of new or existing equipment.
• Stays informed concerning new manufacturing technology and equipment, and investigates their potential applications. Recommends incorporation of new technology for company applications where feasible and practical.
• Assists in the training of less-experienced department personnel.

Requirements:

• Experience 3 years as CNC OPERATOR
• Experienced in programming CNC lathe, minimum 3 Years
• Capable Turning & Milling program fanuc control
• Mastering Autocad 2D
• Mastering software CNC Machining (CAM EDGE, MASTERCAM, X2, Etc)
• Strong management and influencing skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability planning & organization skills
• Ability to assess and problem solve
• Ability to react and respond on a timely basis
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

1. Ensure the manufactured products to be delivered on time to customer
2. Review Purchase Orders for welding/fabrication and machining
3. Write Work Order based on Purchase Order and other related documents
4. Specify material and labor needs to carry out the Work Order
5. Schedule manufacturing activities together with Operation Manager
6. Monitor and change on-going manufacturing activities to optimize cost and delivery time
7. Write weekly reports to General Manager on manufacturing activities and production schedule
8. Implement and improve implementations of manufacturing best-practices, such as ISO 9001: 2008

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
