Default Biskuit Havermut

BAHAN:

250 gram tepung terigu
150 gram margarin
100 gram gula halus
100 gram havermut
50 gram susu full cream
200 cc air
2 butir kuning telur
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
100 gram buah kering/ kismis

CARA MEMBUAT :

1. Campur jadi satu air dan susu dengan havermut sampai havermut mengembang,
saring.
2. Kocok margarin dan gula halus sampai putih, sambil masukkan telur satu
per satu. Masukkan buah kering, tepung terigu, dan baking powder. Aduk rata
hingga kalis. Pulung adonan sebesar kelereng taruh dalam loyang. Panggang
sampai kuning kecokelatan. Angkat.

Untuk: 400 gram
