Laksa Ayam

Masakan khas Indonesia ini sangat cocok dijadikan menu santapan Anda sekeluarga.

Sumber : Tabloid Nyata

Kategori Masakan : Masakan Indonesia

Bahan-Bahan :

500*gram Daging ayam, potong dadu 2 cm
1*buah Bawang Bombay, cincang kasar
2*cm Jahe segar, memarkan
8*cm Lengkuas, memarkan
1*batang Jahe, ambil bagian putihnya, memarkan
2*buah Cabe rawit, cincang kasar
2*sendok makan Minyak Sayur
1/2*sendok makan Bumbu kare bubuk
500*ml Kaldu ayam
60*gram Bihun, rendam air dingin hingga lunak
50*gram Mie telur, rebus hingga setengah matang
400*ml Santan
3*batang Bawang prey, iris halus
90*gram Tauge
1*batang Daun ketumbar, jika suka

Cara Mengolah :
1. Tumis bawang Bombay, lengkuas, serai dan jahe hingga harum, masukkan daging ayam. Aduk-aduk hingga ayam berubah warna.
2. Masukkan bumbu kare. Aduk-aduk sebentar
3. Tuangkan air dan santan, masak sambil aduk-aduk hingga mendidih dan semua bahan matang. Angkat.
4. Penyajian: Letakkan susun dan mie telur di dalam mangkuk, beri tauge. Tuangkan laksa, taburi dengan daun ketumbar cincang jika suka.
5. Sajikan panas
