Istana dari kertas ini dibuat oleh Wataru Itou, seorang mahasiswa seni di sebuah universitas di Tokyo. Istana ini dibuat selama 4 tahun, lengkap dengan rangkaian lampu-lampu dan kereta bergerak yang juga dibuat dari kertas.
