kalo ane blm pernah gym, ga sempet gan..
cuma rutin aja push up sm sit up tiap hari, dada ane lumayan jadi neh hehe..
suplemen juga cuma L-M*n doank..

bisa dan,
tujuan nya skrng nambah brat badan atau mau bikin kering n brotot?
kalo mau nambah brat badan, kalo untuk l-m*n pake yg gainmass, kalo mau kering pake yg advanced atau isolate nya l-m*n. pola latihan perhatiin dan, 2-1, 2 hri ltihan 1 hri lbur.
mnum l-m*n nya 30-60 mnit sblum dan ssudah ltihan. inget dan, latihan max, lakukan gerakan 3-6 set sehari masing gerakan, 1 set bisa 10/12/15 repetisi (disesuaikan sama kekuatan) nah kalo dumble nya statis/kgak pake nambah berat dumble nya.. di set ke 2 dan seterusnya, sama sperti set pertama, ok dan...
n inget dan, konsumsi mkanan bergizi, sperti kacang2an, kacang ijo, kledai eh kdelai, kcang merah dsb, kalo mau otot kering kurangi mkan yg bnyak mngndung minyak dn glucose/gula/manis2..
semngat dan, mudah2an cpet keker. n masalah gerakan jgn ampe salah dan, salah gerakan salah otot yg di bentuk, bisa check di om google untuk gerakan otot yg diinginkan dan...
