setelah fitness, minum air dulu 2 gelas. 10 menit baru makan.
makan karbo komplex (oatmeal, jangan instant) + protein + sayur
dijamin metabolisme-mu tinggi dan nafsu makan gak terlalu tinggi karena tubuh akan memproses karbo komplex tadi
