Begini komandan, saya sendiri kurang ahli soal herbal dan yang berkaitan, tapi dari yang pernah saya baca, bahwa gingko biloba dapat meningkatkan alira darah ke otak sehingga dapat menambah konsentrasi..Jadi coba saja mengkonsumsi gingko biloba, tapi mulai dari dosis kecil saja, karena efek samping gingko biloba tuh bisa buat kepala pusing..Salam sehat..
