tergantung ndan, biasanya kalo diwarnet ga di blokir, tapi kalo sama ISP terkadang suka di blokir kecuali speedy mungkin, dan tergantung antivirus nya juga, tuh di atas ada IP nya ceriwis lewat sana aja biar lancar
