Latihan untuk bahu :

- Front raise
- Lateral raise
- Arnold press
- Standing shoulder press
- Seated shoulder press
- Push up (compound)

Bahu adalah otot kecil, jadi gunakan beban yang tidak terlalu berat untuk menghindari cedera dan latihan cukup 2x seminggu.
