Udang Goreng Petai

Bahan :
1/2 kg udang
100 gr cabe merah
10 bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
10 papan petai
2 buah tomat
garam, gula pasir secukupnya

Cara membuat :
Udang dibersihkan, dibuang kepalanya, digoreng sampai matang
Petai dikupas kulitnya, digoreng sebentar
haluskan semua bumbu bumbu
Goreng hingga harum, masukkan petai dan udang.
Aduk hingga bercampur rata kemudian angkat
