Secretary to Vice President (VP) ( E-SEC-VP01 )
Job Description :- Organize and carry out administrative activities include the manufacture, storage, recording, distribution, receipt, storage, security and confidentiality of documents according to administrative guidelines and guidelines for filing (PATP) in effect on the Company.
- Carrying out administrative activities Coordination Function Vice President (VP) related to the smooth administration tasks.
- Receive, respond, and communicate the information needs of internal & external parties associated with VP activity or function under it.
- Weekly schedule of activities VP & communicate every day such as meetings, seminars, appointments, business travel.
- Preparing the organization meeting / conference including ensuring the completeness of meetings, meeting rooms, and the presence of an invitation
Job Requirement:
education:- D3 Secretary or equivalent
- Capabilities and competencies:
- Acknowledge and understand about the PATP
- Understand and master the correspondence and filing.
- Have a service-oriented attitude with a friendly and attractive appearance.
- Able to communicate well and smoothly (communicative)
- Fluent in English (written & conversation)
- Mastering MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), data processing and the Internet.
experience:- Experience working as a secretary at least 5 years
