Pittsburgh - Sebuah kantor di Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, punya desain interior unik. Di dalamnya ada rumah pohon, air terjun, cup cake raksasa, arena mobil balap mini, bahkan ada kapal bajak laut lengkap dengan laut tiruan. Ya, kantor ini lebih mirip taman bermain daripada kantor.

Kantor ini milik Davison, perusahaan pengembangan produk. Pemilik perusahaan ini, George M. Davison, berharap para karyawannya dapat lebih kreatif dan mendapat ide-ide segar dengan bekerja di kantor yang punya desain interior keren.


Luas bangunan kantor ini sekitar 7000 meter persegi. Sekitar 250 karyawan bekerja setiap hari di dalam ruangan. "Agar mereka tak pernah bosan dan selalu punya inspirasi untuk menciptakan produk," kata Davison.








Pernyataan Davison itu sepertinya benar. Tiap tahun seluruh karyawannya menghasilkan 2500 desain produk baru dan tiap bulan para desainer Davison rata-rata membuat 200-240 prototipe produk baru.
