Kenapa dengan jam 12 tepat tengah malam?

Ada apa?dan kenapa org2 dulu suka agak horor dgn jam 12 tepat tengah malam ya? Knp gak jam 11 ato jam 1 pagi.. Gak cm di indo.. Di seluruh dunia jg mengunakan wkt jam 12 tengah malam sebagai jam angker.. Knp ya? Pdhl.. Sm aja toh..
