We are a growing wedding photography studio company, looking for a new team member as our customer care front person.



Requirements:

female is preferable, age max. 28 years old

good physical appearance

outgoing personality, friendly, people person

has a friendly voice will be an advantage

well spoken and written in English is a MUST

work well under pressure, organised and able to take initiative

candidate with previous experience in customer service area will be an added advantage

knowledge in styling/fashion will be an advantage

knowledge in social media will be an advantage



Job description:

dealing with clients via email correspondences as well as meetings in person

will be expected to deal with overseas clientele

to ensure smooth communication between customer care and production team

to maintain clientele database

there will be possibility to handle more marketing related affairs such as arranging exhibition, dealing with media, etc
