Hi guys, I'm not really a photographer, and this is the first photography forum I've joined. My dad has a Nikon D200 that he got as a gift a few years ago, and so my mom wants to get him a wide angle lens. She had no idea what to get, so she asked me to try and figure it out. I'm a full time engineering student, so I really don't have the time to figure out the ins and outs of lenses. Could you guys recommend a wide angle lens? I think we're looking for something in the $150-200 range.
I know asking the same question over and over again is a big deal on other forums I am a member of, so I hope this isn't one of those questions and apologize in advance if it is.
