I went birdwatching the other day but there were no birds close enough to photograph. Someone at the hawkwatch brought their dog so I shot him instead. I've never shot dogs or pets before so this is a first. I had my D300 70-300mm lens at 100mm, ISO 200, Shutter 1/200 f4.5. C&C always appreciated.
