JENIUS is a revolutionary apps from BTPN that is simple, smart, and safe in managing your life finance. To support our expansion in Bandung. We are hiring Jenius Service Point Staff.

You will be responsible to :
1. Educate customer of the Digital Banking product and features
2. Provide assistance to customer to do transaction through Digital Banking applications
3. Sell Digital Banking product to walk in customer
4. Support event in the branch in coordination with our band sales
5. Handle complain through Customer Relation Management
6. Handle emergency cases

Are you the right candidate?
1. Min D3 all major with GPA min 2.75
2. Male / female, max 35 years old
3. Having 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service but fresh graduates are welcome
4. Communicative and attractive
5. Well communicated in English
6. Familiar with smart phone, technologies, and applications
7. Work in Bandung
