To maintain good administration of database, reports and documentation in an accurate & timely manner for monitoring budget and its utilizations, to maintain permanent point of sales materials database and to provide accurate data that can be accessed easily, and to provide administrative supports for Trade Communication team in order to make sure every related program runs well and in line with procedures and compliance.



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS



The incumbents must hold Bachelor Degree from all education background, preferably from Graphic Design with minimum GPA 2.75

Minimum 1 year experience working as administrator in Marketing or Sales

Having good communication skill

Possess advance skill and experiences in using Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator and Keynote
