"Penderita gula darah rendah (hipoglikemia) sebaiknya makan 6-8 kali porsi kecil dalam sehari, hindari makan 2-3 kali porsi besar dalam sehari. Kacang-kacangan, biji-bijian, susu, mentega sangat dianjurkan. Hindari makan olahan, kopi, alkohol dan soft drink."
