Alexander Vikhlyaev, born on 19.08.1983. A well-known lawyer in the past, he now lives in Switzerland. He has several companies, either as an owner or a partner. One of them, "OLEA ADVISORS" D. O. O., essentially covers a criminal business, afterall the Executive Director is Branislav Bakrac- brother of Vikhlyaev’s wife. This man was arrested by the police for drug trafficking, but this fact does not bother the lawyer who’s obliged to protect the law.
