Extreme Close-up of a Bumblebee
 

Caught this Bumblebee on an Althea this afternoon. Shot with XSi, 100mm Macro, 65mm tube, ring flash, and tripod. Broke my ring flash about a half hour after this shot so I just went in and ordered a MT 24-EX.</p>

<p>I really like the detail on the individual pollen grains. </p>

<p>You know a blind hog does find an acorn every now and then.</p>
