I'm not sure if anyone has linked to this before, but Adorama has a youtube series called Digital Photography 1 on 1. I'm posting this because I haven't seen it mentioned. It basically has videos explaining and showing in practice a lot of the stuff people want to know about on here, as well as things beginners should learn first. The link takes you directly to the 1 on 1 series and all the videos are to the right. From what I've seen the videos get more technical as they go on, so I would recommend scrolling to the bottom of the video list to episode one and check out the names from there and see what you'd like to learn more about. </p>
