To conduct Recruitment & Selection Process & Activity --- To support and prepare Employee Personal Administration Process --- To support for Payroll Process & Payment --- To manage Company Legal Documents & Agreement --- To manage Employee Resignation & Termination Process and prepare documents relate --- To manage and prepare for Employee Performance Evaluation Process --- To manage company asset & docs related with third party.

Kriteria



Bachelor degree in Law / Psychology / Management --- 5 years of experience in the HR Generalist roles (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Industrial Relation and General Services) --- Strong Knowledge of Manpower regulation (UU no 13/2003) and HR function --- Willingness to Learn, Team Work, Self Discipline and Good Communication Skills --- Fluent in English and familiar with MS Office
