Irish Cream is very popular in the United Kingdom and the United States. We purposely made this a rich vanilla that�s heavy on the egg yolks to pair with the sweet Bailey�s Irish Cream. We were also pleasantly surprised that the extra egg yolks allowed the ice cream to solidify perfectly.
