Syarat & Ketentuan

1.Pembeli transfer terlebih dahulu kerekening TS + ongkir yang telah disepakati setelah itu penjual akan menyiapkan Barang untuk di packing, setelah selesai proses paket, TS akan memberikan No resi,yang bisa di cek melalui telp, atau ke website resmi jne atau tiki untuk mengetahui History pengiriman,sehingga Pembeli bisa tahu status barangnya.



2. Jadwal Cabang TIKI & JNE

Antar Paket dari cabang ke Pusat senin s/d jumat jam 14.00 sedangkan hari sabtu jam 11.00 dan hari minggu libur,sehingga pemesanan hari sabtu setelah jam 11 akan di kirim hari senin,dan hari biasa senin-jumat setelah jam 14.00 akan dikirim besok harinya.



3. KHUSUS WINDSHIELD 250 DAN RR Harga ongkir di kali 3 ..jadi dihitung bukan berat tapi volume..misal ke magelang 14.000 x 3 = 42.000 (mahal yah gan...)



4. Format SMS order dan cod sebaiknya mencantumkan nama dan lokasi setelah isi pesan karena terlalu banyaknya sms sehingga TS kadang suka lupa.



5. Mohon berikan rate dan testi untuk bentuk kepuasan dan ketidak puasan Pembeli sebagai acuan TS untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan.
