When we think of video chatting (http://vidobounce.com), there are a couple of websites that come to head. Skype for video calling (http://vidobounce.com), tinychat to make easy fun group video chats (http://vidobounce.com), chatroulette or omegle for random video chats (http://vidobounce.com). However we have a list of 10 great websites that will do what these three offer and much more.

1. ViDoBounce (http://vidobounce.com)

This a relative new comer to the video chat hemisphere. However what its building is really interesting. Its basically a whole social network based on video chatting. It amalgamates skype, tinychat, omegle, google+ hangouts and facebook. How does it do that ? It allows you to meet people, add them to your list of friends and call them whenever they are online or im chat with them if you like. You can send private messages take and share pictures and also start slick group video chats which you can allow your friends to join very easily. It also has a pretty college filter to allow you meet only your college friends. This is a website definitely worth checking out.

2. Jottle (http://jottle.com)

A very nice built alternative to omegle. Its very slick and to prevent pervs, it has a facial recognition system where it detects your face and if it doesnt you cant get in. Also they recently started a new feature to allow you to create groups for random meeting. So if you join specific group you will only meet and talk to people from that group. This would be the only random video chat website to go to if they had the users omegle had.

3. AV by Aim (http://aim.com/av)

If you never really like the aim im messenger then scratch that and try this. A simply video chat website built by aim. Its really slick and easy to use. To start a video call or group chat its 2 steps. You go to the website and click on start. Then you share the link with the person you want to call or post it on facebook to get joined by friends. Really slick and well made. You should check this one out.

A upcoming video chat website that has now over 1000 new users per day. It allows you to video call your contacts and watch a youtube video simultaneously, pretty cool. Also, they have a random video chat part where you can meet people from around the world. Its gaining more and more traction and you should join the bandwagon.

5. Video Chat Rounds (http://rounds.com)

If there is one facebook video chat app I like, its rounds. Its well made and has a great fan base. You can play cool games while video calling friends. So if youre on facebook and want a better video call app then the default facebook-skype video call, use rounds.

Woome started out as a speed dating website to allow you to meet people in your region. It has since built in a video social network. You can go speed dating on video in small groups of 3 on 3.
