Another bit of time to try to get to know my new lense! (100mm macro)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>A couple typical Canadian bugs!!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>1) Mosquito (You can see the blood sac as it eats my leg!!)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img src="http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m105/250Gimp/mosquito.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>2) Another mosquito with 68mm of extension tubes (No crop)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img src="http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m105/250Gimp/mosquito3.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>3) An ant in a pretty flower</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img src="http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m105/250Gimp/Antinflower.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I screwed up the next two of the bees because somewhere along the way I nudged my shutter speed down to 1/125th, so I had to crank up the exposure in RAW, hence the noise.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>4) Bee in flight</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img src="http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m105/250Gimp/beeinflight2.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>5) Bee flying again</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img src="http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m105/250Gimp/beeinflight.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>All shots were hand held taken in manual mode with a 430EX flash with paper towel over it.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>C&amp;C apreciated.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cheers</p>
