Squirrel with a nut

I know it's not the best focus wise. I really don't know what happened to make it out of focus, but it's a funny shot none the less. It makes me think of James Dean leaning on a lamp post smoking a cigarette. Any C&amp;C for composition would be appreciated.</p>
