Neverland Ranch - Michael Jackson Home
Neverland Ranch adalah sebuah properti yang disebut Michael Jackson (RIP) sebagai rumah.
Semenjak tuduhan penganiyayaan, sebuah sumber mengatakan Michael jackson tidak benar2x tinggal
di neverland ranch. Malah Michael Jackson hampir kehilangan kepemilikan dari ranch inisebagai akibat dari masalah finansial yang dihadapinya.Ia dianggap lalai terhadap pinjaman sebesar 24.5 juta dollar untuk ranch seluas 2800 hektar ini.
Nampaknya sekarang properti tersebut sebagian besar dimiliki oleh Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC, perusahaan tempat michael jackson mentransfer nama ranch tersebut selama krisis finansial yang hampir menutup tempat tersebut.
Neverland Ranch berlokasi di Los Olivos, California. Ranch ini semula dimiliki oleh seorang pengusaha bernama William Bone, yang kemudian menjualnya kepada Michael jackson dengan harga 17 juta dollar AS pada tahun 1980.Sekarang ranch ini diperkirakan bernilai hampir 120 juta dollar AS.
Neverland Ranch pernah terkenal karena memiliki taman bermain dan kebun binatang. Nama Neverland diambil dari tempat karakter fiksi Peter Pan, tempat tinggal para anak2x yang tidak mau beranjak dewasa.
Tak lama setelah transfer namanya menjadi Sycamore Valley Ranch Company, para tetangga melaporkan bahwa nampaknya beberapa wahana di taman hiburan di bongkar dan dipindahkan
Selama masa kepemilikan dari Neverland yang tidak jelas,selebriti kaya lain seperti angelina jolie dilaporkan tertarik untuk membeli ranch tersebut.
Nampaknya siapapun yang memiliki Neverland Ranch, tempat ini akan selalu diasosiasikan dengan Michael Jackson. Semoga ia beristirahat dengan tenang.
