The NAME is a 7.3 mm Ø coaxial interconnect cable, comprising:
Double shield
Provides your signals excellent protection against unwanted noise and interference from the outside world’s radio frequency and other electromagnetic disturbances.
Solid core
A heavy 1.1 mm Ø central conductor provides high frequency bandwidth and low loss signal transfer. The cable’s construction furthermore ensures that the core is virtually unbreakable.
Pure silver coated OFC
Both the signal core and shield’s signal return are made of dense silver coated high purity Matched Crystal Oxygen Free Copper (OFC). This high quality composition maintains signal integrity and provides maximum durability. Signal quality that lasts!
First-rate insulation
The internal insulation material which separates the conductors, physically takes part in signal transfer and its quality. Not overlooking this, The NAME is equipped with a prime material which supports optimum audio and picture fidelity. The NAME’s internal insulation provides minimized signal losses and a very low 59 pF/m parasitic capacitive load.
High-grade connectors
Also the quality of the connectors makes a considerable contribution to a cable’s overall performance. The NAME comes fit with RCA type connectors of the same high quality as found with our up-range cables: Being non-magnetic, having Teflon internal insulation and being layer-plated with copper, silver and finally 24 carat gold, they provide a perfect and durable connection.

The pearl white jacket is made of our HULLIFLEX ® with the type printing on each 25 cm. (10") to make cutting of specific lengths easy.
The external diameter is 8.0 mm.
The shielding is made of two braided screens, each containing 192 dense and very pure silver coated Matched Crystal (MC) OFC copper strands. In between both braided screens is a Linear Structured Carbon ® (LSC) saturated foil; this to further close -The WELL HYBRID against spurious HF-signals and to dramatically improve the signal quality.
The core insulation is made of foamed PE to obtain a very low dielectric constant. This directly results into a low capacitive load. For The WELL HYBRID this is 87 pF/meter; a low value!
The technical knowledge to produce the centre-conductor is directly obtained from our know-how collected during the production of The REVELATION HYBRID and The SECOND ®:
The centre conductor consists of 42 x 0.12 mm. very pure silver coated Matched Crystal (MC) OFC copper strands with an extra LSC coating; this again to further improve the signal quality.
The resistance of the centre conductor is 3.7 Ohm/100 meter.
And the shielding has a value of just 0.41 Ohm/100 meter; This low value reduces any noise signal buildup in complex grounding situations.
Van Den Hul interconnect RCA 1m THE D102-III (HALOGEN FREE) Rp 2.350.000
With our ever continuing technical improvements, it is logical to replace the already since 1982 available D - 102 Series (after 24 upgrades in the meantime) by an actual HYBRID version. Together with our Linear Structured Carbon ® technology, we have therefore applied some number of strands from our highly acclaimed 3T-technology into the new D-102 III Hybrid.
The D - 102 III HYBRID is a warm yellow-orange colored very flexible balanced interconnect with a 3 layer shielding.
The 2 centre conductors are made of 40 dense and very pure silver coated strands made of a very high grade Matched Crystal (MC) OFC. Over each centre conductor an extra Linear Structured Carbon ® (LSC) saturated layer is applied.
This extra layer of LSC highly improves the quality of the signal transmission by performing electrical bridging on micro-scale and by converting the external magnetic field close to the conductors into an electrical signal again.
4 strands of 3T have been applied into the design. 3T: True Transmission Technology offers a much higher resolution and detail compared to any other metal technology used so far.
The resistance of each centre conductor is 5.5 Ohm/100 meter.
The capacitance between the 2 internal conductors is a very low 37 pF/meter; so in balanced operation, even in rather high impedant circuitry, the overall losses and/or phase-shift remain very low.
