Easy Rally Cup - You must obtain a Gold Medal in Easy Classic Cup
Easy Watermelon Cup - You must obtain a Gold Medal in Cherry Cup and Grapy Cup

Unlockable: Nightmare Difficulty
Beat all the cups on Hard Mode with a gold trophy.
